SHIPPING

Please note that items sent directly from our suppliers and oversize items may take additional time for delivery. Our shipping prices are based on your total purchase and orders are charged in full when your order is placed.

In order to offer our wide selection of merchandise, many of our items are shipped from a number of different sources, and items are often shipped in a number of separate packages via Federal Express, UPS and/or the US Postal Service. SHIPPING TIMES ARE ESTIMATES OF DELIVERY- Occasionally our suppliers will be backordered. Please let us know when you order if you absolutely must have an item by a certain date. If it can't be done we will notify you.
Please note items with special shipping times, they will be posted on the product's description page. Some items may ship directly from the manufacturer, therefore items may arrive in sparate packaging. After placing your order, you will be sent an email for confirmation. If there will be a delay of longer than one week due to the backorder status of an item, we will notify you via email. We routinely send out an email notifying you when your item has shipped. For items shipped directly from the manufactor you will not recieve an email notifying you when your item has shipped.

Domestic Shipping
You can expect most packages to be delivered to their destination within 5 - 15 business days from the ship date. We ship most items via UPS Ground. Domestic shipping charges are based on the total amount of your order. Large items such as strollers and travel accessories may include extra shipping surcharges for dimensions and oversize weights.

Late Shipments
We make every effort to ship orders out as soon as possible. However, in order to provide our customers with a large selection of merchandise, many items are not kept in physical inventory. As a result, some items may arrive later than the estimated shipping times. If your order arrives late, you must refuse the package or you are still liable for the sale and our normal return policy applies. If you accept the package, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. If the product is not shipped back within fifteen (15) business days from receipt, we will charge a 25% restock fee for the merchandise.

Cancellations
You have 24 hours from the time of your original purchase to cancel your order for any reason. In the event your order has been charged and processed but not shipped, you may be subject to a %5 restocking fee to cover the credit card fees of the charge and refund. However, if you cancel your order after 24 hours you will be issued a refund (less a 25% restocking fee and shipping & handling charges).
To cancel an order, we must receive your cancellation notice in writing via e-mail. An order is not considered canceled until you receive an e-mail from us confirming your cancellation. If the order ships before this confirmation is received, you must either refuse the package or ship the merchandise back to Foxy and Friends in it original condition within fifteen (15) business days of receipt or our standard return policy will apply (store credit only). The customer is still responsible for the 25% restock fee, as well as the original shipping and return shipping costs.

Damaged and Lost Items
If an item is defective or damaged upon delivery, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the purchased item. We will send a call tag to pick up the item from you. If the box appears damaged upon receipt, do not sign for, or accept it and it will be returned to us. We will send an exchange or credit you for the item. We reserve the right to determine whether or not an item is defective. We are NOT responsible for issuing refunds on merchandise due to wear and tear from your pet. We reserve the right to determine whether or not an item returned is due to wear and tear from a pet.

You must contact us within 30 days of order placement if your item has not arrived. We will not be held responsible for notifications after that time.

Non-Deliverable, Refused or Unclaimed Orders
If an order is returned, refused or unclaimed by the customer due to customer refusal, negligence, absence, or customer providing incorrect shipping information (invalid, unknown or insufficient address), we will attempt contact you via telephone and/or email to resolve the order. If no response is received, the customer will be charged the appropriate shipping charges and a 25% restocking fee. Please make sure that the shipping information on your order is correct and that someone will be available to receive your package. All orders that require re-shipping at the request of the customer, whether for returned, refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages, will require an additional re-shipping charge.
