Shipping: We aim to ship within 3-7 days depending on the size of your order. ALL SHIRTS ARE MADE TO ORDER.
Shipping cost is based on the weight of your package. We do not add any fees to shipping cost, which is why you won’t find pre-set shipping costs on our website. We won’t know how much your order is to ship until we pick the order in our warehouse. International shipping charges will be charged separately from your order total.

Return Policy
Claims for damaged, defective, incorrect or missing merchandise must be made within 5 days receipt of order. For a return authorization number please email return requests to info@foxyandfriends.com or call customer service at (405) 473-5117. The RA# must be on the outside of the box or merchandise will be refused. All sales are final. A 25% restocking charge may be imposed on any returns or exchanges. We can exchange or issue a credit (less shipping and handling charges which are non-refundable) whichever you prefer. Normal processing time to receive your refund or exchange is 7-10 business days. If your item is damaged we will happily provide a replacement at no additional cost.
