The following conditions apply to all returns and exchanges:
- If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, you may return it within fifteen (15) days of receipt for an exchange or store credit. Store credit is valid for one year from date of issue. To qualify for a refund, all items must be returned in its original condition, including the original packaging, containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and/or accessories. Please do not mark or deface original manufacturer packaging in any manner. We will not accept returns if the packaging is not in its original condition and will return such items to you. If you reject that return shipment, Foxy and Friends reserves the right to withhold credit.
In addition, return items must be sent back to us via an insured method such as FedEx or UPS with a tracking number. The customer is responsible for the original and return shipping charges on all returns and exchanges. We do not accept any returns via COD. We apologize but we cannot accept returns for items received after fifteen (15) days under any circumstances and/or any items not in unused and original condition. A 25% restocking fee will be charged to all returns received without the original tags still attached. We reserve the right to determine whether or not an item returned is in its unused and original condition. **DO NOT SHIP COLLARS BACK TO US BUCKLED UP - THIS STRETCHES OUT THE HOLES AND THE COLLAR WILL BE CONSIDERED USED AND NONRETURNABLE!** - The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs on items being returned or exchanged. Store Credit and/or exchanges will be provided once the original purchased item has been received by us in its unused and original condition. Customer is responsible for original and return shipping costs.
- All returns and exchanges require a Return Authorization (RA) number to be issued. Contact us within fifteen (15) days of receiving the purchased item to receive an RA number prior to returning any items. Items without RA numbers will not be accepted for return.
- We cannot give returns or exchanges for items lost or damaged during original or return shipping. If item is damaged during shipping, it is the customer's responsibility to notify us and the shipping company within 24 hours of receipt of the item. All returned items must be sent back via insured methods such as UPS, Airborne Express, FedEx, or USPS Insured.
- Because of the unpredictable nature of pets, rhinestone and crystal collars are NONRETURNABLE!
- Please make sure you read the dimensions and weight limitations for each Pet Carrier and Dog Bed. Due to strict health regulations, we cannot accept PET CARRIERS or DOG BEDS for return or exchange. Therefore, please note details, sizes, weight restrictions, etc., before making your final decision.
- Plush Toys - Because the type of breed and age plays an important role in a dog's chewing and playing habits, we cannot guarantee that any plush toy we sell will withstand your dog's level of chewing aggression. Therefore, no plush toys are returnable.
- All purchases of sale, clearance, holiday and perishable items are FINAL. Holiday dog clothing and accessories, including Halloween costumes, return and exchange policy: one time size exchange, no returns or store credit.
- Please measure your pet accurately as we will accept ONLY one exchange per item. Should you need to exchange an item we do not charge the full amount for shipping and handling to send the new size. For clothing, discounted rates start at a nominal $6. Every exchange thereafter will be charged a $15 fee. All exchanges are subject to shipping charges.
- The customer is solely responsible for any packages returned back to Foxy and Friends as undeliverable and that is not due to an error on the part of Foxy and Friends.
If you wish to return or exchange your product, please contact us. We will do our best to answer your questions and resolve the situation as quickly and as courteously as possible. Again, thank you for your business!!!!
PLEASE PACKAGE ALL RETURNS SECURELY. Do not mail merchandise in paper envelopes. We are not responsible for any returned packages or merchandise lost in shipping. Please be advised that until there is proof that we have received your merchandise, it is your property. For your protection, we suggest you send your return via FedEx, UPS or by US Mail with insurance and delivery confirmation for tracking purposes.
PLEASE DO NOT OVERNIGHT OR EXPRESS SHIP YOUR RETURN. This will not speed up the process of your return and we would prefer you not spend your money on overnight or express shipping fees. If there is a time issue, just give us a call and we can work with you.
Items returned through the U.S. Mail using only insurance and without delivery confirmation can be lost in transit. Insurance, by itself, does not provide proof of delivery. If an insured item becomes lost, it is the customers responsibility to file a claim with the Post Office to recover their loss for their merchandise. Insurance with the Post Office is a transaction between the individual and the United States Postal Service and is not affiliated with Foxy and Friends.
Please note:
We are not responsible for any damage that is caused by your dog to any of the merchandise. We cannot honor refunds or exchanges for any merchandise that has been used, or is not in its original new condition.
We are not responsible for any returned packages lost in shipping.
We encourage you to measure your pet as accurately as possible before placing your order. Shipping Charges for exchanged orders are the responsibility of the customer.
We work hard to process returns as quickly as possible. Please allow 10 to 14 days after we receive the items before receiving your credit or exchange.
At Foxy and Friends, we strive to provide great customer service. We wish we could accept all exchanges and returns without any questions or limitations, but that is just not possible.
