How to Get Started: To Set Up a New Wholesale Account.

1. Email us at info@foxyandfriends.com and request to set up a New Wholesale Application. We will email or fax you the application.

2. If you are a new customer, please fill out the form completely to avoid any order delays. Once we receive and approve your completed application we will email or fax you an order form and a Credit Card Authorization Form. Payment Options: We prefer for all orders to be paid by credit card. Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We do not accept credit card information over the internet for security reasons, so we will email our Credit Card Authorization Form. Simply fill it out and fax back to us at (405) 329-6440.

3. Fax your completed order form and Credit Authorization Form to (405) 329-6440 or email them to info@foxyandfriends.com.

To Order: There are several ways for you to place an order, depending on what is most convenient for you. Call us at (405) 473-5117 and place your order with Adrienne or Kevin or via email, info@foxyandfriends.com. Also feel free to fax an order (405) 329-6440.

Shipping: We aim to ship within 3-7 days depending on the size of your order. ALL SHIRTS ARE MADE TO ORDER.
Shipping cost is based on the weight of your package. We do not add any fees to shipping cost, which is why you won’t find pre-set shipping costs on our website. We won’t know how much your order is to ship until we pick the order in our warehouse. International shipping charges will be charged separately from your order total.

Return Policy
Claims for damaged, defective, incorrect or missing merchandise must be made within 5 days receipt of order. For a return authorization number please email return requests to info@foxyandfriends.com or call customer service at (405) 473-5117. The RA# must be on the outside of the box or merchandise will be refused. All sales are final. A 25% restocking charge may be imposed on any returns or exchanges. We can exchange or issue a credit (less shipping and handling charges which are non-refundable) whichever you prefer. Normal processing time to receive your refund or exchange is 7-10 business days. If your item is damaged we will happily provide a replacement at no additional cost.
